When going across the country, you see many interesting things. The most interesting by far on this trip was seeing Arizona close all of their rest stops. Most of these rest stops were completely rebuilt. They were completed less than a year ago, but nobody gets the chance to use them because of some budget issue.
Not good, especially since this god forsaken state employs speed cameras on Eisenhower’s Interstate system! Nothing like scraping some revenue from the use of a federally funded highway system.
Here’s a tip, Arizona: Ditch the speed cameras and open your rest stops. Only then will you not look like a communist state.
